Not to be confused with the 1980's movie, or the morning radio show. We are the Breakfast Club.

Playing For Change
At my school, the kids in the Digital Music department have been compiling a bunch of tracks to make a CD for the foundation Playing for Change. Among the producers are myself, Jared Frankel (who organized the whole CD), Luis Guillen, AG, Ruby Kaye and Calvin Solomon. All the money raised by the CD will go directly to the Playing for Change Foundation. The Foundation's main objective is to raise money to build music schools in areas that have no means of building them. This is a fantastic foundation and everyone should buy a CD and support the cause. Oh and all the tracks are dope as hell too.

The Inspiration
This beat is called The Inspiration. It was rly simple at first, just a horn and a drum, but my music teacher Mr. Currie laid down the chords and I thought it was actually kinda fresh so I went with it. I don't think it's finished yet but I also think its a decent start.

Happy Birthday Dilla
Today would be the 37th birthday of the best producer of all time. James Yancey aka J Dilla aka Jay Dee... He was considered one of the more dedicated people ever to grace hiphop, his influence is everywhere. He was one of the first producers to ever use sampling in the way it's used today, with MPCs and whatnot. His health started to fail in 2004, and in 2006 he died from a heart attack. He died three days after the release of a strictly instrumental album, Donuts. Donuts is one of the iconic albums in hip hop history. Although he passed almost five years ago, his legacy and his music lives on forever.
Dilla is a true legend. Pay homage to the greatest to ever do it. Happy Birthday R.I.P.

This has nothing to do with music, but I just needed to say that Ines Sainz is literally the greatest.
come on son....
Mad Energy
These guys have been making bangers since '88 and they're still goin hard. This definitely is not their best song but much respect for keepin true to themselves for more than 2 decades. They paved the way for all the hype rap that we hear today like DMX and Waka and all that. So pay homage to the greats.
This is soooo crazy
dude is wild... the public enemy part is the craziest shit imo.
watch for yourself tho
